Student Transportation Changes

We highly recommend keeping your child’s transportation consistent from week to week. However, if your child has a transportation change, please send a written note with him/her in the morning. Sending an email to your child’s teacher will not ensure that the message is received prior to dismissal (substitute teachers do no have access to email).

If you MUST change your child’s transportation throughout the day, please call PRIOR to 2:00 p.m. to let the front office know. We understand that emergencies occur and late changes are sometimes unavoidable; however, please keep in mind that due to the large size of our building and the number of students we have here at Hinkle Creek, last minute changes are extremely difficult. Your child’s safety is our number one concern; therefore, we cannot guarantee requests made after 2:00 p.m.

Additionally, please be prepared to answer security questions when requesting changes as well as showing identification when you sign your child out prior to the end of the day.
